Good day, I have written numerous complaints to your call centre is this regard. Wonga loans are short term loans. I have been granted and have paid off all outstanding loans. However, my Experian reprot reflects an installment of R2342 for the loan of September 2012. This is clearly incorrect, yet I receive no feedback or response from Wonga in this regard. Kinldy rectify this as it has a negative impact on my credit record (it increases my monthly exposure by R2342).
