I have applied for an overdraft and was approved.
The 1st 12 attempts was such a mission to get ANY sort of service!
I was loading this as a complaint but when I eventualy got hold of the team leader (Ian Ramsamy)
He managed to get call me back at the time he stipulated time and as promised, I recieved the document even thou it was not in his area! A team leader that knows whats he doing!
