It is with regret I write this mail being a Standard Bank client for 29 years and also being a Prestige client. I am starting to wonder what Prestige clientele is all about.
In 2010 I requested for a home loan to purchase a property selling for R965.. To make things easier I paid a deposit of R100K and paid all the legal cost up front. In 2011 I requested for an advancement and was declined because of various reasons such as the property is not valued that much. Mind you the municipal valuation is a million rand. I was also advised that I am a delinquent home loan payer. I have again this year requested for a R50K advancement and have been rejected, reason being I am still a delinquent home loan payer which there is no proof of. I have also been told I am listed on the ITC website. This is also not true.

my concern is one cannot get hold of a home loans manager as they seem to be the untouchables. One has to constantly deal with consultants who would promise to come back to you but never do.
Is there anybody out there that can offer some solution in dealing with untouchables.
