I would really like to know why i have you as insurance company and every time i would like to claim i cant.
when my roof leaked you send someone and he said its an old leak you will not pay for it to fix, how the must i have know its a old leak if the leak only showed when i called you. My husband phoned today regarding a pressure crack, if i replace that window it will be about R1000.00, when you do it i must pay excess of R1400 my question is why do i have insurance that don't even do what insurance must do really, all this money that goes off every month and you cant even fix my flippen window .but every year you just send and email oops your monthly payment is more. hate this i have been a customer for a view years till to date didn't claim for anything because you will always get an excuse to not pay.
