Unhappy with Home Loans Admin

Hi. My access bond was locked by Standard Bank due to them having no proof of my insurance policy on hand, I have proof that i have numerously sent the policy to the Bank (earlier this year). I am so sick of sending this policy to the Bank. Never-the-less, an external valuation was done on my property where the value increased by almost 700k from the last valuation 2 years ago!!! I was not informed of this valuation neither can i understand how the value of my property increased so substantially, without any major renovations being done since the last time it was valued. It is sad that i have to post my complaint on this forum to get a response as calling to resolve my query will only result in hours on the phone, being transferred to person after person without any resolution. A note that i updated my insurance policy (with the Banks new valuation), received confirmation from the Bank that it was uploaded against my Home Loan, and my access bond account has still not been unlocked.
