Since the 24th of May I have been struggling to access ABSA's internet banking service. There have been small stretches where it worked for a bit (thankfully or I wouldn't have been able to settle my bills...) but generally it logs me off as soon as I've successfully logged on.

I phoned the call centre and they said it was a problem affecting users of Internet Explorer and that I should try Chrome or Firefox. I tied Chrome and had precisely the same issue.

When on earth will this be resolved since by prior reports this isn't the first time ABSA's service has been affected by this issue?
