I have been trying to do my internet banking for about a month and managed to get onto it ONCE!
For the past week it has just continually logged me off. I cannot pay my credit card or any other accounts due at the end of the month and trying to phone the help line is useless. I have e-mailed and other than a autimatic computer reply have heard nothing. Our IT department eventually installed Google Chrome for this and this has still not worked.
Very dissappointed in ABSA and will have to change banks in order to rectify the matter.
