I Mr Dhanraj, have logged a claim with Mi-way the first week of May 2013. At the time i called Mi-way to be advised if i have cover on my vehicle, I was told the policy is active and has cover. I then made a claim for glass and audio. How ever my claim was approved and in a few weeks, they sent out 24 fix to have my glass fitted and repaired. A few weeks later they call me and say, that they cant pay my claim as there was no cover on my vehicle at the time of the claim!!! How can they approve my claim fix my glass and then decline it for my audio. This is of fowl play according to laws NO COVER. NO CLAIM TO BE PAYED. so how is this half and half? According to Mi-way they fixed the glass so i don't come back to them to claim for of vehicle, due to easy access to the vehicle. In other words they covered themselves and tell me sorry we cant help you regarding your audio that's your loss.
I have been waiting for over a week to see whats the final out come and nothing. I have left messages upon messages.
Next option is taking this matter up with the Ombudsman.
