Incorrectly debited my bank account

My loan with RCS was settled on 14 May 2013. I have called the RCS call centre on a few occassions asking for a paid up letter, only to discover that they debited my bank account with the May 2013 premium that was not due to them, because the account was settled. I am still waiting for my paid up letter, I was told it would take 48 hours to produce such letter; it has been more than 72 hours.
