Lying

I have been insured with discovery for a year and a half, when I took the policy I was advised of my excess amount and the BP fuel rewards. I was told BP fuel rewards could be placed into an excess fund account and used for excess when needed. I was also told that if I moved my insurance I would be paid out that excess fund account balance. I have received a mail from discovery advising my excess has been increased by R750 and my monthly fee for the policy as also been increased. I have minor damage to my car, which will cost less than half of my excess amount to fix. Now I've been told I can't claim the excess fund account balance to pay for the damage as I haven't had the policy for 3 years... Discover, this is not what was promised upon opening this policy, you are lying,! from your clients is unacceptable
