Vehicle settled but still debit orde

Good Day

Our vehicle was settled in February and 4 Months later the debit order is still going off

I phoned MFC for assistance but nothing happened. I have phoned again a few times but im not getting thru to the call centre!!

This needs to be sorted out ASAP!!!
