Useless information and Help

Got my Disc Card blocked due to a transactions. Thx to Disc for picking it up and blocking my card after I had to phone the, Now I need to get a new card which takes a week. Problem is not only my card has been cancelled but I can't access my account via Online Banking.

Phoned and was told I can't do anything until I get a new card but maybe Client Support should be able to assist and I will be transferred. Call was dropped. I phoned Client Support only to be told should assist and they will transfer me to a Manager. Again the call was dropped.

So for a week I need to be without any money? I can't transfer from my Disc Card acc to my cheque account, even if I had funds available? This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I want to cancel my new card and withdraw all my available funds so I can get a card from someone that is actually willing to talk to me and to help me?

Sorry for FNB as Disc Card operates under them and FNB's slogan does not have any use in this regard... "How can we help you??? "!!!
