Thank you Hellopeter in assisting me to get FNB to collect and cancel the speedpoint machine. To all the persons concerned In the matter, I have asked and confirmed that no further debit orders will be deducted for the rental of the machine. This morning a debit order of R639.00 was deducted again for the rental of the machine. Debit orders since September could have been avoided if staff members were competent and dedicated to their tasks and in advising clients of the correct procedures. I ask now that you please assist me in getting my monies paid back into my account for the rental of a speedpoint machine that is no longer in my possession. Thank you.
