BAD SERVICE!!!

I opened a Standard Bank BizLaunch Account in the begining of the year. When signing up i agreed on R90 service fee and business insurance for R150 i also signed up for a mobile speedpoint machine for R425. I was told that i would be contacted by the insurance department to draw upa policy etc... Therafter money just started being deducted of my account for insurance i didnt even have... My business banker left and a new one came whom i dealt with and cancelled my speedpoint machine and enquired about the business insurance money being deducted. Nothing happened about that. The speedpoint was canceled. He then left and my old banker came back, shes also not there on certain days and i am always being messed around driving from Karaglen to Greenstone and visa versa. It has been several months now, the moneys being deducted from my account havent been re-embursed. My car insurance bounced due to moneys going off for the speedpoint that was canceled months ago and i went into intrest and was called by head office to pay the money immediately!! THE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER FEEDBACK IS RIDICILOUS!!! I am closing my account and loosing R690 because i dont get it back!!! SHOCKING
