I bought The One Plan Elite Hospital plan at R719 for my wife and I because we thought it was good value and what we could afford. The Plan started effective date 1/4/2013 it's now June 2013 and I have received a notice that the premium will increase as at 1/7/2013 to R878 (that's 22%).
1. is this fair? Surely I should have been notified that prices would go up by 22% within 2 months of joining the scheme before my purchase?
2. Why does the website still advertise R719 for a Couple on the Elite Hospital Plan. This is false advertising how many other people have been duped?
