TWO ACCOUNTS FOR ONE SPEED POINT

Rosslyns signs & Promotions reported a broken speedpoint machine - which Fnb replaced with another old machine (there is not even a cover for privacy when putting in your pin).

now we have two mechant numbers 683306 and 504778

this is incorrect as we only have one speedpoint machine D609074528
FNB ARE WELCOME TO COME AND CHECK HOW MANY MACHINE WE HAVE.

The account 504778 are been charged from August 2012 we expect a full refund on this account.

I have been contact the customer services on 011 352 5771 with no decent response.
and also the phone being dropped in my ear

Can I asked that Fnb urgently attend to this matter please as it is costing us money.
otherwise i am going to be forced to move my whole profile to another bank.
