I have bent over backwards!

I have been a customer with Outsurance for more than 12 years, have two cars and household insurance on my policy. In this time I have never had any accidents and not claimed for any vehicle problems. More than two months ago a taxi drove into us, he was to blame. I was informed that the excess would be R4700, the cost of repair would be double this amount. When I queried the excess amount I was informed that the amount was correct, I asked what my excess was on my polo and was informed that it is R1500. First I can' t understand why one would be so high, the value of the polo is higher than that of our Palio. After a month of not hearing from out surance, we were informed that the car would be repaired in Cape Town, but we moved to JHB 6 months ago, eventually we were sent to pAnelbeaters in JHB. Four weeks later we are still waiting for the car to be repaired as they are waiting for secondhand parts. Upon calling outsurance we were told that we were not eligible for a rental car. We are paying a fortune for the excess, loosing our out bonus and having to paying for transportation costs as we wait for a second hand part all for an accident that was not our fault!
