Cheating the elderly

There is a debit order going though my moms account monthly. i contacted your offices to ascertain as to where did you get her personal information from and what is the debit for and was advised by one of your agent that it was furnished by Toyota and is for a life and disability as she has finance with them. I explained to the agent that there is no way that my mother could have furnished you with her banking details or confirmed the policy as she is elderly and illiterate. I was told that all calls are recorded and will forward me the recording as soon as she receives it. Was also advised that policy docs were mailed to her and i was at home no such documents were received. I would like to have that policy cancelled as re-reimbursed all the premiums debited.as i feel she was taken advantage of and even if she agreed she did not know what she was agreeing to. I will be waiting for the recording and will be taking the matter further to the ombuds.
