Have never received my cheque card

To whom it may concern,

I applied for a FNB cheque card about 2 months ago. FNB phoned me and asked me a bunch of questions after which they said I will receive another call to confirm the delivery of my card.

Needless to say, I am still waiting. I really hope that I have not been charged the R120 per month without me being able to use FNB.

I am out of town for the next week and will only be able to receive calls on the 8'th of June.

Can I please have feedback on this situation?
