Shocking administration / Very Poor Service

A Blackberry phone was handed to AAPC Autopage Melrose Arch for repair / insurance claim on 16 April 2013
I was told to expect a answer to the outcome of this from the Insurers in about 4 weeks.

18 May: Called Altech Autopage 086123 2424 to enquire on the outcome of the repair / insurance claim and was directed to call FinRite 086 174 6444. Outcome: Spoke to Karen who advised that the claim was approved on the 13 May 2013 and that a request to deliver the phone to Melrose Arch AAPC has been made

27 May: The BlackBerry will be delivered to Melrose Arch - Karen
27 May: Received sms from Melrose Auto Page confirming that they will advise when the phone is delivered.
31 May: Spoke to Angelique: Nothing had happened and that she would expedite and denied that there was anything on record that a request for delivery to Melrose Arch had been made.

I could not get a straight answer from Angilique as to when the phone would be delivered. She "promised" that she would revert back to me on Monday morning 3 June.

I am appalled by this Call Centres record keeping and commitments made by the consultants.
