I have been a Blackberry BIS subscriber for about a year. About 3 months ago, altec started charging me for data although i am a BIS subscriber. I have queried this with them telephonically, as well as visited the melrose arch store. I have even taken my phone to them to check, and all they tell me that the settings have changed. The problem has still not been solved, and all i need is help to resollve the issue, as i am getting charged for data when i am a BIS subscribe
