I have lodged a complaint regarding my refund on my account and have not received any response from Finchoice. The refund is pending since last year February. It is now a year and have not received the refund. I have lodged a complaint before on Hello Peter, I received a missed call from a private number, not even a message was left. Can I get feedback on when I am going to get my refund. My account was handed over for Debt restructuring and I was informed that there is no system developed to do refunds on accounts that are on the programme. I do not believe that it is now a year and a system has not been develepoed yet.
