This is my second complaint with the bank. Ihave a loan with them and now i am a pensioner. I tried more than once to make arrangements to pay the loan as i no longer afford the amount agreed with at the beginning. The last agreement made was that they will deduct R2000 which is what i earn every month and i had to phone the call centre so that they could reverse R1000.00.Everytime i phone they take me from pillar to post and the consultants are rude .everytime is always like i never had agreement with them. The call centre takes almost R50 airtime or more. This is th worst experience and NCR always says if you cant pay make arrangements but with Capitec this is not the fact.
