First of all, I would like to say I really enjoyed capitec until now, I have been unemployed for the last couple of months, even though i am in depressing situation i have called to make arrangements the same month i found out i will not be able to pay on my account, i called the collections dept and one of the consultants told me that i need to transfer the agreed amount to my saving account then i will be debited from there I have been doing that for the last couple of months i have been HONORING my agreement! however when i went into the bank to pay the agreement because i was in the mall, they told me that my account has been handed over as that funds that i deposit into the saving account was not allocated to the correct loan account, i dont see how i should now be penalised if i was given incorrect information, i am now left with a worst credit record as it has now gone to the lawyers isnt your consultants suppose to give correct information, i have proof that i have allocated payment every month in my savings account and it HAS been debited!!!
