I've just contacted Capitec trying to make arrangements for my Loan. I'm battling to pay my loan and requested for an longer term in order for my installment to be less. After explaing everything to the call centre leady that assisted me I was informed that they can not help me, because of my affordability. I'm asking for assist because I'm unable to afford all my payments?
What must I do when Capitec are unwilling to help me, I do not want to run away from my loan payments, I just want to arrange for a longer term?
