I took out a loan with above mentioned establishment. My wife was restrenched and I immediately called them trying to make arrangements. Then did not want to make arrangements and told me that unfortunately the loan is on my name and not hers. I then told them I will do my utmost but then used all the savings we had. last year i also tried to make arrangements but they did not want to. Now I received notice that they want 3 month bank statement copy of my payslip and expenses in order to make arrangements. They also threatened to remove all my moveable assests.
I want to know do they have the right to do this is this legal? I told them over the phone what i can offored and they not interested they want all my documents.
I wanted to make arrangements they did not want to.
