Poor service and bad client care!!!

I completed the online application form as the card had expired. I requested a new credit card in my new martial name and not my maiden name. Within 2 weeks i had received my new card but it was under the wrong requested surname. I then called virgin on the same day as i was not happy that my card was on my maiden name. The lady that i spoke to then told me she would immediately esculate my complaint and issue me with a new card within 72 hours.

It had been 2 weeks i hadnt heard any feedback or received any cards. I, then called them again, and was told it would be a "mission" to reissue the card in my married name and that i should go into an ABSA branch and resolve it myself. The reason for me applying with Virgin is the on line application, however with what a nightmare it has been and ineffective way of getting correct information i would have cancelled my card and will go to other reliable service providers.
