Unsolicited card and poor delivery

-I was sent an unsolicted store card in the post. This is insulting as if I wanted a card, I would have applied for one. I asked for feedback on Twitter and was promised a reply after providing my details as to why I was sent an unsolicted card from Woolworths Finance. Nothing... I wrote again, and was promised feedback again. Still nothing after 3 weeks. I then sent 3 more reminders on Twitter. still nothing.
-I accompanied my sister to the Galleria store for a duplicate card application (her card) in July 2013. After 2 months an no card, she was offered an explanation that there was a mix-up at head office wrt her maiden vs married surname but this was resolved and the card will be issued. Now in December on visiting the Galleria store, they now say they have no records of her application???
