ABSA extremely poor CS - gonna move to FNB

I've requested to increase my overdraft a month ago. The Customer Service department requested all my details and the amount i wanted to increase my overdraft. I received the sms stating that it was provionally approved. 2 days later, not response for ABSA, i phoned them 9 times during that week, following up on my appliation, everytime they tell me someone will phone me back. NEVER received a phone call. I called again 27 May for my overdraft increase. I had to do the whole process for start. I've phoned them over 15 times to find out if they received my documetation, and its Friday 31 May now, and STILL i've not received ANY feedback from them. No one called me. I've been a customer for 15 years, and this is they way they look after me? I'm sorry, if I dont receive any feedback by Monday LATEST, i WILL have to choice but to move to FNB. I'm extremely dissapointed in my bank!!!
