A better understanding of the situation check REF:12848913.(where you will get my details- Mr D Jacobs) Once again MiWay has failed me for unseen circumstances i had an accident on the 25 May 2013 and contacted Miway on the 27th May 2013 advising them of this whilst i also got a beep that my debit order of R 876.76, I gave the necessary information required, i was advised that an assesor will come out on the 28th May 2013 to the damage on my vehicle..Now i get a call today 31/05/2013 that i was only covered from the date of my debit order which was the 27/28th May 2013. when i signed up telephonic ally the consultant advised me that i need to get my car to an inspection site before the 1st May 2013, so i would be covered from then and not from the actual debit order date. From the day i joined MiWay (end of April 2013) absolutely nothing is going MiWay, Highly upset as i dont see why i cannot be covered and assisted.would it been better if i advised of the accident today, then would i have been covered which is totally wrong as iam a true honest person and. My vehicle is my bread and butter in order for me to continue paying.
