Cancelled Overdraft Without Notification

Absa just decided to cancel my overdraft without any notification to me or what so ever, on friday I got paid 18901.40 and my overdraft is 17000 Absa approved my overdraft limit in July/August 2011 when I was still netting 14K, this month Absa just decided to cancel it and there is this Mrs Swanepol whom they claim she spoke to me several times and I agreed but I never got any call from Absa, Now I am left stranded without money because they took all the money that I had for the month and I need to pay my bills but I have no available amount to use for the whole month, what I am requesting is the recordings of where I spoke to Mrs Swanepol and are banks allowed to just cancel such things without Client's concern can someone please explain to me, I dont think this is the way to treat customers as one of the largest banks in S.A Absa has by far the worst customer treatment ever. how can they just cancel things without any notifications
