Why is it that I can apply for an overdraft or increase my overdraft limit over the phone but CANNOT reduce or cancel it??? When I asked the consultant (Glister Mokoena) why, I didn't receive a valid answer. Then asked for a manager (Ian Ramsamy) and as usual with call centres they in a meeting. Then asked for someone superiors email add or number and he says he doesn't have it. How can you not know your superiors number or email address???
