NOT GIVEN ALL DETAILS ON A EFT RECALL

I dept.a holding deposit on a vehicle for buying, in JHB at Zeda Motor Sales, I am in PTA, they would bring me the vehicle the same day, but when the vehicle did not show I phoned the bank 13/04/13-0860 555 111 time:14 and told them that I am a client and made a EFT transfer earlier that Day and want to know how long do I have to reverse the money. They told me I have two weeks to recall the money. Not once did they say it can only be recalled if there is money in the account or if the account has not been closed or can they check for me if it is still possible and why I am asking, so I relaxed cause Nedbank told me that I can still reverse my money, So I took no further action until the next day, when I went to the garage myself only to find out it does not exist, I went immediately to Nedbank Sandton branch to reverse my money, only to see a manger who told me they blocked the account and will email me a case number, then gave me his card. I send an email to the email address on the card given to me, only to see the name on the card was 'n women's and not the guy who helped me, the following morning no feedback or NR or manager name to contact, lost money cause Nedba
