I HAD a personal loan with FNB, which was paid up on the 25 January 2013, On the 25.02.2013 and on the 25.03.2013, I will debited random amounts with personal loan as the reference. I called the callcenter on the 25.03.2013 and spoke to Tshepo (989735), he confirmed that the loan was paid up and he could see the illeagal debits. He sent a request for my refund. No feedback as yet. I foned the callcenter today and spoke to Nolonto who advised me without listening to my query, that I don't have a loan with FNB, " DUH! Then y r u debiting me. She had me on hold for 10 min and the call dropped. Pls investigate and get back to me.
