I made a online payment on 26/02 to the correct bank std bank account number and payment still not reflecting I called in 01/03 spoke to Cleo Mabaso which wasn't of any help she advised me that my payment will reflect within 3-5 business days where as the branch advised me it takes a max of 3 business days! Cleo didn't even take any of my details or probe to understand what exactly happened.i then called in again on 02/03 spoke to Lebogang Thabane who logged it as a missing payment and advised me ill receive feedback within 24/48hrs which I still didn't receive.made 3rd call to fnb 04/03 and spoke to Loren Bantam she told me that the admin department is closed already and she assured me that she will personally go there on 05/03 and call me or email me and guess what? I got no feedback ONCE AGAIN! called in today and spoke to loren bantam again and she advised me that she took my details to the admin department and they were suppose to call me but she also asked me howmuch I transfered which tells me she didn't take the amount down day b4, this point I was totally fed up already.the way she dealt with the call was very unprofessional she told me that she didn't '' or 'lie' to me.
