Trying to apply for a loan

I went to Capitec bank east rand mall on Saturday the 29th June to apply for a loan. Only to get told i have a new employer and they need to create the employer on the system and i must come back the next day. I did change employers so i said okay i will see u Sunday, yes they said the employer will be created, when i got there Sunday and waiting in the que i was told that they employer wasn't created, they said it will be sorted 1st thing Monday morning and they will call me. No one called me. I went back Monday, only to be told there was an error and it will be sorted and so it continued, Tuesday, Thursday. Friday when i went in they couldn't even find my bank statements and payslip they took for me, 20min later they found it only to see that Head office had loaded my Employer wrong and that's why i had the error the whole time.By this time i was highly upset, cause a simple thing has taken me a week and no one gets back to me. Saturday someone called me, my employer is now correct but they still cant give me a loan cause no one confirmed my employment. Good grief a whole week and no one could confirm my employment. Really how pathetic, what an inconvenience, i still don't have my loan.
