I went into a service centre on Saturday 11.05.2013 to reverse a debit order that had taken place on my account and i spoke to a lady whose name i cannot recall. she took down the deatils of query and promised to capture the info on Monday 13.05.2013 and advised that i would have the cash back in my account on Tuesday 14.05.2013, to my suprise this morning when i went to a nearby ATM there was no cah in the account so i proceeded to call contact centre 1st thing when i got to the ofiice i called the contact centre and spoke yet another guy whose name i cannot recall, i advised him of the my situation and he confirmed that there is nothing on the system with regards to debit order reversal on my account, he further proceeded to log the query on the system and did not provide me a ref number.i called again to request the number for the branch that i had visisted on saturday to find direct why they did not log my query yet and then i spoke to William whom I am very impressed with the service that i recieved from him today at about 09:00.
Wiliam advised that both my attempts to reverse the debit order were not on the system, he went further to log it on the system and give me a ref
