Deducted my account incorrectly

Im sick and tired of struggling with Vodacom to get my account in order. If I speak to someone or to 3 people in one day don't they make note of my concerns on the system or communicate in some or other way to avoid making mistakes on my account. This is my 3rd complaint about them and im not going to stop until I get the service I deserve!!! Taking my debid orders off before I have my phone for a month, then tell me im aloud to reverse the amount off my account and they will fix it to go off on the 1st of each month, to find out they cancelled the debid order and then tell me to go and pay it at Standard Bank, them my account number is still in my dads name, then the teller said its fine I can still pay it. Then I get a sms to say contact us to update your debit order details, phone them to fix it, they say the next debid order will go off correctly on the 1st of July to just recieve a sms that its been taken off now today after I payed it at the bank today?? Help me!!!
