I am so dissapointed in this bank

I previously signed a debit order with IBURST and found fault with that system and cancelled same within 24hours I have E-mailed them and they confirmed my E-mail. I then got a debit order on the 2nd of the month for R 1500.00 (not exact amount) I then phoned my bank who is supposed to keep my money safe and they reversed the payment and I asked for a stop order, but now for the past 3 months the same thing happens and I have to again phone FNB and reverse this and today I finally asked them for an answer on how safe my money is actually with them if people can change one digit on a ref number and still take off my account I get the same answer, well please take it up with IBURST!! Again I repeat to them but I AM YOUR CLIENT my money is supposed to be safe with YOU, I am so sick of this issue every month with you guys and would appreciate if someone could call me and actually finally sort this issue out. 8 years I have been with FNB and now all of a sudden I have to sort out issues with people that clearly don't care and carry on debiting and my bank allowing it to happen... I think I should phone Steve as he will probably keep my money safe!!!
