POOR POOR Service at its best

So I complained compalined and complained then was called to get all my problems sorted and I was asked to get the car to the Hyundai workshop and the person by the name of Wayne told me that I will get the parts ordered and then will call you back. I waited waited and waited and no response then I called and managed to get hold of him then he told me he will call me in 2 minutes and he disappeared for good. I called GWM and the sales man said I should deal with Catherine since Wayne is "no longer there" and to date its a marry go round. The problem is I have reported this when I collected the vehicle in November 2013 and seven months along the line no help to put the vehicle in a condition that I tested in. E.G.The radio that I saw before buying was stripped.
