I am a new member of King Price Insurance and WAS impressed with their service until I am a member of them! The amount that they inform you that you will pay monthly is not the amount that you pay the first month! Although I was repeatedly informed that their calls are recorded they refuse to give me feedback regarding our conversation. The first payment was deducted and they took more than R655.00 more!! I do understand if an admin fee are deducted but an amount of R655.00 is far too much!!! I've made 3 calls already and everybody I spoke to promised to call me back after they listened to our telephonic conversation. Yesterday, 2nd October 2013 I phoned again and requested to speak to a Manager... waited for a long time for the call centre consultant to come back to me and indicated that his Manager is in a Meeting and took my details to phone me back. The Manager's name is Adrian according to Waseem!!! I still said am I going to wait for another call as I am waiting for the previous consultants with their Supervisors to listen to the recording and call me back?? Policy No KP1042892... I'm thinking of cancellation and go back to my previous Insurance!!!
