Incorrect billing but no communication

I took out a loan last year in June for 9 months, i was suppose to paid it in full in April 2013 (last debt order of R800) but to my surprise was account was debitted again in May with an amount of R115.00.

i called the call centre on saturday after i saw debit order and i spoke to a gentleman by the name of Boitumelo "Tumi" who told me there was a system error that is why amount of R650 was debitted in April instead of the R800 . I told him thtat i was never informed of such and i require an apology letter for that and an email confirming that my loan was paid in full but i havnt received any comminication or corresponse from FNB.
