WHY IS FNB TAKING R24000, 00 ODD FROM MY ACCOUNT

Receive an sms now (22h48) to state a debit is pending of R24450, 00 from my FNB account. I have settled my FNB CREDIT CARD and FNB PETROL CARD in FULL WITH CONFIRMATION MAILS TO PROVE IT! Why does FNB do this now? PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY TO RESOLVE THIS. I WILL NOT HAVE MY DEBIT ORDERS BEING RETURNED AND I WILL NOT BE BILLED FOR YOUR ERRORS ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
