My credit card was paid up, but there are debit orders that are still going through my account. I called Card Division and was advised that the account is with Collections, they are unable to view my account and they transferred me to Collections. I did not get the name of the person I spoke to, but she advised that she is unable to pick up any records regarding collections and she advised that the debit orders are being run by Insurance Dept and was transferred to Insurance - they were unable to pick up anything as well. The lady told me that she will send a message for this insurance to be cancelled and will receive a confirmation within 48hrs. She also advised that I also need to cancel the account and I have to speak to the Card Division, she transferred me to card division - they told me that due to the status, they will not be able to close the account - I have to speak to the Collections dept. This call took more than 45mins. I now need someone to cancel the insurance and close the Credit Card. The only call I need is a confirmation of closure of the insurance and credit card.
