Very frustrated with fnb credid card devision

Hi, for the life of me i cant understand why I'm being billed every month on my FNB Credid card if Ive settled the account. I said to the consultant who i spoke to after i settled my account that i don't want my account to be open and i don't want to receive ANY amount going of at the end of the month for a card i wouldn't be using. Why would i settle my fnb credid card. NOT have ANY funds and NOT being able to use it but STILL fnb for the second month now being billed 30 Rand for just having this pointless card. PLEASE REFUND ME for last month and I'm NOT paying this month!! This is insane PLEASE CLOSE THIS CREDID CARD ACCOUNT!! I'm not using it!! its been settled!!
