I have since submitted a death claim, and was informed that the claims handler will contact me, but in vain. When I call Hollard on 19/03/2013 I informed the consultant that we are preparing to bury our father on Saturday, 23/03/2013.
What an Embarrassment to have to borrow money from friends and family
