Good day.

I have applied for a consolidation loan with credit customer assist on the 11 november 2012 I only received feedback on the 03 january 2013. I was advised dat my application has been approved and that I should visit the trade route branch for further assistance. The consultant at the branch opened up an advance account on 11 january 2013 and told me to come to the branch today the 14th for all payments to be made to my debtors. When I got there I was turned away as they advised me the account still hadn't been opened, when I spoke to a consultant miss bernice motaung to express my grievances she told me in a very arrogant and harsh tone of voice that I should wait there are a lot of applications and that my application will be declined if I am putting pressure on them and according to the consumer protection act that is not allowed as I am a customer and have a right to know why is the process taking so long and why was I told to come to the branch today whereas the funds have not been released. I would like a verbal apology from miss motaung and would also like to know how the matter has been dealt with.
