Unfair Garnishee

Was behind with payment and wanted to correct this. What an effort it was firstly to get assistance from any of your personnel at any branch, to come to an agreement to do payment on the outstanding amount. I have been struggling since last year November. Receiving letters to phone this or that number, just to be told by your operators, no, I need to phone yet again another number for they can't help me. I even went into the bank in Witbank and guess what, NO ASSISTANCE from them as well. NO ONE could assist me and were able to show me to the right person, Why on earth do you have bank managers for?

My account was closed and I was reported to dept collectors. Finally through them I was told to sign a debit order and then "Jenny" confirmed the following day that she received it and will handle the matter from there.

Got phone call from the lawyers this morning, informing me about the garnishee that Nedbank wants to put in against me and I couldn't understand why... just to find out from them that Nedbank/Jenny never submitted the debit order!... So you want to punish me because you are incapable of doing your job properly.

I sincerely hope you will be sorting this out ASAP!!
