I called to effect my new banking details as I always struggled to do it due to my calls being dropped off and I was assisted by Nolwazi who did it excellently after I informed her about my problems. She firstly clarified
why my debit order was not effected and asked all my details to amend my profile. She helped me with my Traker cover which was separated from my policy. She was humble, efficient and very considerate when she ultimately updated my policy.
My policy is now updated and I'm very happy.
