I received an increase in premium in excess of 15%, I sent the consultant I used to deal with an e-mail on 8 May requesting details of the why the premium had increased by so much (no claims against my policy in a very long time!) and she forwarded that messge on the same day to the new consultant. I waited... I then got a survey request on 10 May asking me about the service I received and I answered very negatively and was given the following outcome from the text message "Thank you Mr. Sansbury, We apologise for your experience and will discuss your feedback with Kentse". To date I have had no response so this morning I sent another request for feedback and still waiting. From a top class experience before with Nicolene Maponyane to an absolute let down now... Hopefully my faith can be restored?
